Does this replace my phone or apps?
No. The Signel doesn’t replace. It signals. It sits quietly on your finger and vibrates only when something critical happens. Based on the signals you care about.
Can I change my signal preferences?
Yes. You’ll be able to adjust and refine which signals you want The Signel to deliver, from high-priority alerts to habit-based nudges, through the Permeable app.
What are some technical details?
IPX8 waterproof. 5 days battery life after charge (and improving!). Your data is absolutely secure and private.
Does the ring include biometrics tracking?
The Signel includes ambient biometric sensors (steps, heart pulse etc.), but these are secondary to its purpose. We built The Signel to keep you present and deliver priority tactile signals, not to overwhelm you with data.
What does the Limited Edition include?
The Limited Edition includes your Signel, early software access, and helping define this new category that doesn't exist yet. You’re not just buying a product, you’re joining a movement from the ground up.
When will it ship?
Test rings are already out now. Limited Edition rings begin production December 2025. They aim to deliver by end of year; latest January 2026.
Can I use one ring across multiple devices/accounts?
The Signel is linked to your Permeable account. You can change connected devices (e.g., switch phones), but each ring is paired to a single user for signal accuracy and security.
